Coconut Christmas Decoration - Angel

Handmade in Mexico City,  this coconut has really undergone a complete transformation to become a wonderful Dove of Love.  The Coconut heads are handmade using half a coconut, papier mache, straw, paint and varnish. They look fantastic when hung on a wall. 

Made by Nahuatl artists who live in the Mezcala region in the Guerrero State of Mexico, Coconut shell masks have been made in Mexico since the 1950's.

Approximately 18cm H x 13cm W 

Each product is handmade so there are likely to be variations in both colour and size.
