Shipping & Returns

When buying from us online we offer you the option of collecting your order from our shop in Tisbury or paying a postage fee to have us send your order to you.  We offer a tracked service from £3.60 for an extra small parcel which will arrive 48 hours after sending.  We aim to send our parcels out within two working days, and an email confirmation will be sent advising you of your tracking number. 

If you would like to collect from our shop the address is;

Montes & Clark, Staddles, Tisbury, Salisbury. SP36PU. 

You have a right to return your order under the distance selling regulations for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within fourteen days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.

Please do not hesitate to email us on enquiries@montesandclark.com if you need to get in contact about returns.   All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we recieve it.

Also the right to cancel and ask for a refund does not apply to the following: "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification" this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website or over the phone, or any SALE items.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items returned in an unsaleable quality. 

We will immediately issue a full refund of the cost of the goods.
